  1. Registration: You must be a student from standard 6-10 or have parental consent to register for our course. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
  2. Payment: Payment for the course is done at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods, including credit card / UPI or any online payment mode. If payment is not received, your registration may be canceled.
  3. Course materials: All course materials, including videos, lectures, handouts, and assignments, are the property of the course provider and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of these materials without prior written permission.
  4. Participation: You are expected to participate actively in the course and complete all assignments on time. Failure to do so may result in a lower grade or removal from the course.
  5. Communication: Communication with the course instructor and other students must be respectful and professional. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.
  6. Technical requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your computer / mobile and internet connection meet the technical requirements for the course. These requirements will be provided to you before the course starts.
  7. Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of the course. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  8. Disclaimer: We make no guarantees or warranties about the content or quality of the course. We reserve the right to modify the course content, schedule, or requirements at any time.
  9. Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the course provider is located.
  10. You agree to receive installs and updates from time to time from EduTech. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Platform and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions.
  11. You agree to receive such updates (and permit EduTech to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Platform EduTech reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with or without notice at its sole discretion.
  12. You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Platform Content Provider Content or the Dharya EdTech Content without Dharya EduTech’s prior written authorization.

  16. EdTech reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases at any time with or without providing any notice in this regard. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information. including account names, from the Platform, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Platform, unless otherwise mentioned herein.

You may post reviews, comments and other content; send other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy. infringement of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form of spam. In other words, ensure that your conduct on the Platform is in accordance with the Platform Terms, including the User Guidelines.
